David Klein started ET Flooring Contractors over 30 years ago in the south Florida market.  The original name was “Elegante Tile” stemming from the Italian word EXCELLENT.  Established in 1981, David was installing tile in the day time and would give estimates at night to obtain work.  It was seven day’s a week back then, says David, “Work hard, treat the customer right and be honorable with sincere integrity” That’s the way it was and still is today.  Elegante Tile became ET Flooring with the addition of Carpet, Wood and Vinyl products.  ET Flooring has worked all over the state of Florida with some of the largest builders in the industry.  ET Flooring has completed numerous million-dollar projects on time and in budget.  Their experience is invaluable and their dedication to each job is significant.  David Klein is still working hard and setting the example for his team.​​​

One of David's philosophies has always been long term employment. That can be seen with vice president David King over 25 years of dedicated service, Bruno Barbosa 10 Years, JC Jardim 10 Years, Sabrina Hansen 10 Years.

ET Flooring Contractors has participated in Habitat for Humanity where a house is built and given away to a family in need.
